We are looking for a driven, energetic Management Personnel to join our team. As a Management Personnel, you will work directly with the Operations Manager, Co-founders, and other staff to help us simplify and organize our business practices. Responsibilities include:

• Manages office operations and procedures such as personnel information management, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services
• Maintains and evolves policies and procedures to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction
• Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow
• Analyzes operational issues impacting functional groups and the company
• Initiates cost reduction programs
• Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications
• Plans and executes company events, offsite meetings, and in-office lunches
• Keeps team happy with a well-stocked kitchen
• Fosters and maintains a clean, organized and comfortable office

You will be working closely with our operations team to manage software quality and maximize productivity. You will be prioritizing, scheduling, and delegating tasks. You will be tracking day-to-day activities and reporting on metrics.

You will experience working within a highly collaborative team and gain direct exposure to various aspects of the business. You will coordinate people, set schedules and collect information.

Requirements

• High level of proficiency with a variety of spreadsheets and productivity tools
• College Degree required

• Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills--must be able to communicate with all levels of organization and types of people
