Job Summary

This is a full time Management position that could eventually turn into an Executive role. This position will evolve to a Business Unit Head but most importantly a partner to round out our current team and to help implement and execute internal and external business requirements. You will need to have strong organizational skills, an excellent eye for detail, strong management skills, visible leadership skills, and proven history in leading projects to be executed on time and on budget.
You will be responsible for managing internal and external resources in the implementation and management of in-house and client projects.
You will be required to make good decisions about important things without much oversight. Your inputs will be vital and your work will have an immediate impact.
You will be required to introduce best practices and improve current team processes and policies.
This position is full time in our Ortigas office.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Lead

Work with resources in and outside the team and liaise with the client in completing projects on time, on budget, and top quality
Manage client expectations based on current resources to ensure customer satisfaction
Be the single point of contact between customers/clients and development team/resources
Coordinate with marketing and sales team to finalize project and business requirements
Create, gather and maintain all necessary documents for the development team/resources
Responsible for managing the work of external resources and utilizing resources in an efficient manner
Introduce, implement, and enforce processes, policies, and standards to the project
Perform client/customer post project evaluations to improve team output

Project Owner

Ensure the quality of the deliverable aligns with the client's expectation
Ensure the tasks, deliverables, and timelines are within the agreed project scope
Ensure that service fulfillment is properly done
Ensure that the project is completed on time, stays within budget, and with top quality

Qualifications

Project/process management skills, including experience with timelines, quality control, risk assessment and budgeting
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You can explain your thinking to anyone and can resolve conflicts fairly.
Able to speak with clients to gain an understanding of technical and business requirements
Strong fundamental understanding of web application technology
Great interpersonal and leadership skills
Experience with MVPs and have a sense of big wins vs. micro-optimizations
A solid executor, someone who gets things done!
Analytical and creative at the same time
Experienced in working with remote team members
Flourishes in high paced, demanding environments
Thrives on chaos, risk, and uncertainty
Independent, resourceful, Google savvy
Willing to work without supervision
Willing to do extra work as advised
Should be easy to get along with, nice, fun, smart, ethical, and low maintenance
